I'm having rashes now... dunnoe y i developed rashes... came back from tekong yesterday and when i wanna slp.. at first..couldn't get to slp cos a lot of things is in my mind...missing shun... my first nite without him talking to me.. hiaz.. then i woke up to go online again.. chatted with yikai for a while then decided to go and slp again.. then i woke up at 5a.m today cos my whole body is itchy. dunno y.. my mum helped me to apply some powder and its better now.. i wasn't allergic to anything wat.. dunnoe wat could hav cause the rashes.. still wondering...

The TeKong TrIp

Accompany Shun to tekong yesterday.. its my first time there.. looks totally different from wat i thought it was.. hee hee~~ think i still belong to the old old times, thinking tt tekong is still very undeveloped.. very old... hahaha... silly me..~~

ok.. yesterday morning, i woke up ard 7++ a.m. , get ready and proceed to Shun's house... afterwhich we accompany his mum and dad for breakfast... ate vegetarian mee rebus .. its my first time eating vegetarian mee rebus, it's so delicious.. yummy yummy.. (to u guys who dislike vegetarian food.. i encourage u all to try them.. then u will noe vegetarian food ain't tt bad after all...)

then we went back to shun's house and he continued with his packing... at abt 11++, we head off to Pasir Ris.. gonna take the shuttle bus at pasir ris interchange to the ferry terminal.. Both Shun's parents and his younger sister together with me accompany Shun to Tekong..

On the way there, i cried in the van.. i purposely choose not to look at him.. cos the more i look at him, the more i wish to cry..
but i still end up crying.. but i told myself not to cry later when we are going to depart from Tekong...

Upon reaching Pasir Ris, we are still early.. therefore Shun's mother suggest going White Sand to shop.. Wow.. John Little got a 15% storewide discount.. his mum bought lotz of stuff there.. hahaha.. now then i noe the power of shopping is very strong in each individual women; regardless of ages.. hee hee~~

okie.. after shopping, we went to Pasir Ris bus interchange to wait for the free shuttle bus service to the ferry terminal.. while waiting for the bus, i saw quite a few familiar faces.. saw a few Ytss guys who were also going for NS.. then we finally saw Anthony and his family.. His mum, dad and sister accompany him to Tekong.. hope he will be able to survive there.. and hope to see a brand new Him when he book out.. hee hee~~ boy, dun miss ur mum and dad and "HER" so much k..

We board the ferry and head for Tekong.. Once we get there, we were separated from Shun.. the visitors (families, friends etc..) were led to a guided tour around the BMTC.. (Basic Military Training Centre) We saw the recreational rooms that they had.. wow.. not bad lah.. still got pool table, TV, table tennis table.. etc.. then we saw their bunk... one room accommodate 13 beds.. they even hav a "mosquito net" (do u called that mosquito net?? i'm not too sure... hahahah..) everything seems ok to me.. not too bad lah.. we also saw the stuffs that they will be issued.. those bags, boots, caps etc..

then we head off to the auditorium to meet the enlistees.. we watched a video there.. think is called "the first hundred days".. the video showed the type of trainings that they will undergo in their first three month.. after tt, there's a talk given by one of the officer... then they hav the oath taking.. Wow... the oath was long.. the enlistee hav to pledge their loyalty to the country as well as pledge to be a good soldier etc.. One sentence of the oath leave a deep impression in my mind.. its something like.." ... served my last breathe to the country, people of the country and ...." This sentence really means a lot ah.. so after taking this oath.. these enlistees hav the responsibility to serve the nation as well as to be good soldier.. hahaha.. so proud of Shun and Anthony now.. hahaha

ok.. after the oath taking.. we hav our dinner there.. my first time eating army food.. hahaha.. wow.. their serving is huge.. u hav a cup of drink, rice (not plain rice.. think is yam rice..), a sausage, chicken, veggie and fruits.. i couldn't finish the food.. if i were to eat those type of food everyday.. i will surely grow FAT.. hhahhaha.. i noe lah.. this serving is just nice for NS man cos they have to undergo vigorous training..

Ater the meal.. we hav to say bye bye to Shun.. i told myself not to cry and i really didn't cry.. cos Yikai told me b4 not to cry in front of him as it will onli make him more worry abt me, so i didn' cry.. wanna let him noe that i can take good care of myself when he is not around... and hope he can concentrate in his training and do his best.. will be supporting him in watever he does....

afterwhich, his parents drove me home.. we can onli meet Shun next Sunday.. that is 20th June.. his time slot for visting is damn early.. hav to report at Pasir Ris interchange at 7.30a.m... so his mum and dad gonna fetch me at 6.45a.m. that day..longing for that day to arrive.. I MISS U...
